KLCube Introduces Sign Language Avatar Service to KTX Ticket Machines

KLCube has applied its sign language avatar guidance service to ticket vending machines at major KTX stations, improving accessibility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing passengers.

With the service now in operation, users can receive key ticketing instructions in sign language directly on the kiosk screen, making the ticket purchase process easier and more intuitive without relying on external assistance.

The sign language avatar service has been deployed at major stations including Seoul Station, Yongsan Station, Haengsin Station, Gwangju Songjeong Station, Daejeon Station, and Busan Station. The rollout will continue nationwide, expanding to 148 stations and more than 300 ticket vending machines.

Through this implementation, KLCube continues to expand the real-world application of sign language–based digital guidance across transportation and other everyday public service environments.
