KL Cube Signs MOU with the Seoul 120 Dasan Call Foundation to Expand Barrier-Free Administration thr
KL Cube has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seoul 120 Dasan Call Foundation to jointly advance AI-based sign language counseling services.
This agreement aims to reduce accessibility barriers faced by administrative service users, including Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, and to establish a more stable and inclusive digital counseling environment. KL Cube has accumulated extensive on-site experience by developing and operating AI sign language counseling and guidance services across public institutions as well as the finance and healthcare sectors. Through this collaboration, the company plans to apply its technology and operational expertise to the Dasan Call Center environment, complementing the limitations of conventional sign language interpreter–centered counseling models.
The two organizations will pursue phased service enhancements based on real counseling scenarios, alongside technical cooperation to further advance the AI sign language counseling system. Beyond basic civil complaint guidance, the scope of AI sign language counseling will be gradually expanded to include policy information, daily living guidance, and welfare-related consultations across a broader range of administrative services.
Building on this partnership, KL Cube aims to ensure that AI sign language counseling evolves beyond a one-time pilot initiative into a sustainably deployed solution within public consultation environments. KL Cube will continue working to lower barriers in administrative communication and to realize a truly barrier-free public service environment through technology.
