KLCube Partners with KakaoBank to Improve Financial Accessibility for the Deaf

 

KLCube’s sign language avatar service is now available through KakaoBank’s AI sign language consultation feature, helping improve financial accessibility for Deaf users.

Through the service, users can access key financial FAQs in sign language directly within the KakaoBank app, making it easier to understand and use digital banking services without relying on text-heavy explanations.

KLCube’s AI sign language avatar presents financial information in a way that aligns with Korean Sign Language (KSL), helping reduce the barriers many Deaf users experience in text-based financial environments.

Building on this collaboration with KakaoBank, KLCube plans to continue expanding its sign language–based accessibility solutions across a wide range of digital services.
