AI Sign Language Guide Service Now Available on the COEX Website
KLCube's AI Sign Language Guide Service is now live on the COEX website.
Visitors can now access the service through the GUIDE section on the homepage, where a notice indicating "Sign Language Interpretation Service Available" provides direct access to AI-powered sign language guidance.
The service is currently available for several frequently used visitor information pages, including Parking Information, Directions, Indoor Navigation, and Facilities by Floor. By clicking the black sign language icon displayed on each page, users can view an AI sign language avatar that delivers the information in Korean Sign Language through video.
By complementing text-based information with sign language content, the service improves accessibility for Deaf users while making essential visitor information easier to understand and navigate. It is particularly valuable for helping visitors access directions and facility information before and during their visit to COEX.
This deployment is part of the ongoing collaboration between COEX and KLCube to strengthen digital accessibility. KLCube will continue expanding its AI-powered accessibility solutions across a wide range of public spaces and digital services, helping create environments where everyone can access information more easily and independently.
